Pivotal partners spent a lot of time understanding the specific challenges we face in positioning our products in the large enterprise space and in helping to build our ideal hiring profile. The quality of candidates sourced was very high but even once we had good candidates in our sights, it is always a challenge in getting someone to make the leap to a new company and this is where Pivotal spent a lot of time with the candidate, answering their questions, making them feel comfortable and highlighting any areas to me where we should spend more time explaining things to the candidate.
